Puberty Presentation
During the week, we have been learning about PUBERTY. I have been working with Newsam and Mary and we have learnt new and interesting things during our puberty talk. To others it can be very disgusting, but it really helps a lot and helps you learn more about what's going with the changes in your body, you feelings and emotions randomly changing.

Career Rugby player
rugby player - Once you've learned the basics of rugby, anything seems possible on the field. All you can imagine is breaking through a big tackle hitting the game-winning kick or crushing an opponent right as they catch the ball but your skills can't seem to catch up to your imagination. However, if you keep working on the basic skills, as well as sharpen your rugby brain you'll be a better rugby player in no time.
At University
- At university to become a good rugby player you must train your brain by:
- Go to the gym lifting weights to build up muscle.
- Need to be strong, fast, have good hand-eye coordination, and be able to take a punch or a pile-up.
- Eat health food like apple,pairs and drink a lot of protein water.
Salary
- Rugby player a strong,health and fast player that also earn a lot of money like 2,000 a month.

Niva Reitemanu Duffy Role Model
Today Aaliyahna,Loto and Luisa got the opportunity to take Niva Retimanu Duffy role model
To our Duffy assembly.
Aaliyahna Loto and Luisa led Niva into the GBS hall to talk about her career. First she talked about were she was raised. Niva was raised and born at the far side of south side at Invercargill by samoan parents.
Niva first came and introduce herself to GBS students. Niva is a news reader role model and works at the radio station. GBS students was so glad to see a Duffy role model. After introducing herself Sher got out a book called Kiss Kiss Yack Yack.Then after reading kiss kiss yack yack GBS sang The duffy song to role model Niva. After a few minutes with Niva Luisa got the opportunity to thank Niva Reitemanu.

Maori Bread
Yesterday half of room 7 made maori bread with mis Atuahive.
Maori bread is a maori type of bread. It has a good recipe that you can make at home or school the recipe is grab a big blow then Add 5 cups of baking flour, 5 teaspoons of baking, powder and 600 mil of milk then mix it. After mixing grab out your roller and roll it until it becomes dough. Then put it into the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes the maori bread was finally ready then me and my group went to grab the maori bread out of the oven.When we got the maori bread we went to our classroom. As Soon as we cut open the maori bread could see hot steam coming out of the maori bread.When we got our piece of maori I took a big bite with joy.
Recipe
- Add 5 cups of baking flour.
- 5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 600 mil of milk
- 1 block of butter
- Put in oven for 30 minutes
